Essential hardeners of phenolic resins of the PERMABIND series for foundry application.
Application: for manufacturing molds and cores in conjunction with resins of the PERMABIND series. PERMABIND hardeners allow you to get a wide range of curing times from 3 minutes to 90 minutes at normal temperatures and to provide a high ratio of durability / cure time. A large number of factors (temperature, amount of regenerate, pH) therefore have a complex effect on the curing time, so please contact our representatives for the optimal selection of the catalyst.
Handling Precautions:
PERMABIND catalysts contain components that can be dangerous if mishandled. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, wear protective clothing. Review the appropriate safety data sheet to ensure that the procedures for handling the catalyst are known and understood.
Storage:
Catalysts PERMACURE AS should be stored at a temperature -10о C … 30о C in a ventilated room.
