High reactive alkaline phenolic ester curing resin for casting.
Application: for manufacturing casting molds and cores together with catalysts of the Permabind and Permabind Plus series. Resin PERMABIND 446 provides a low level of harmful secretions during molding and pouring and allows up to 70% of the mechanical regenerate to be used when the regeneration system is successful. PERMABIND 446 allows obtaining consistently high quality castings and is suitable for steel and iron castings.

Storage:
Resin PERMABIND 446 is recommended to be stored at the temperature of 5 … 25 ° C protected from direct sunlight. It’s acceptable but not recommended to store it at higher or lower temperatures. Storage at elevated temperatures significantly reduces shelf life.
