High reactive alkaline phenolic ester curing resin for casting.
Application: for manufacturing casting molds and cores together with catalysts of the Permabind and Permabind Plus series. Resin PERMABIND 440 provides a low level of harmful secretions during molding and pouring and allows up to 80% of the mechanical regenerate to be used when the regeneration system is successful. PERMABIND 440 allows obtaining consistently high quality castings and is suitable for steel and iron castings.

Resin PERMABIND 440 contains components that can be dangerous if mishandled. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, wear protective clothing. Review the appropriate safety data sheet to ensure that the procedures for handling the resin are known and understood.
Storage:
Resin PERMABIND 440 is recommended to be stored at the temperature of 5 … 25 ° C protected from direct sunlight. It’s acceptable but not recommended to store it at higher or lower temperatures. Storage at elevated temperatures significantly reduces shelf life.
