- Preparation of technical materials to provide customers;
- To analyze the data obtained and find the best solution using our materials and equipment;
- To conduct tests and make recommendations to improve customers technical processes;
- To work with customer complaints, find defects in technologies and if possible eliminate them or make recommendations for elimination;
- To make suggestions to the company’s management on improving customer service;
- To participate in thematic conferences and exhibitions;
- To prepare introductory materials for the correct and safe application of technologies and train customers in their use.
