Poltava Quartz Glass Plant – cooperation since October 2014, setting up the molding equipment, working out the technological parameters of the formation together with the staff of the enterprise. Together with the technological group of the enterprise work on the presentation and improvement of the quality of casting. Periodic control of the technical process of the enterprise, quality control of the regenerate.
Foundry production at PQGP has a modern range of technological equipment for the manufacture of high quality castings. In the PQGP cast house, castings from 5 kg to 1000 kg are made from wear-resistant cast irons, high-strength cast irons, carbon and alloyed steels. The company has the necessary laboratories to control the properties of molding compounds, as well as the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the alloys. Also, the company has equipment that allows conducting the primary heat treatment of castings.
